Clasoom Teacher Joining Policy & Terms of Participation
1. Purpose
This policy explains the terms under which a teacher may apply to join the Clasoom teaching network. Submission of an application does not guarantee selection, appointment, or a fixed number of classes.
2. Teacher Profile & Public Information
If your application is approved and you join Clasoom, your teacher photograph, professional experience, subject/expertise information, and a brief professional description may be displayed on the official Clasoom website and other official teacher-profile areas for student and parent reference. You confirm that you are comfortable with this professional information being displayed for educational and recruitment purposes.
3. Personal Information & Privacy
Your personal contact information, including mobile number, residential/address information, personal email address and other private information submitted during recruitment will not be publicly displayed or published by Clasoom. Such information may be used internally for recruitment, verification, communication, administration, and legal/compliance requirements.
4. Accuracy of Information
You confirm that the information, qualifications, experience, documents, and statements submitted by you are accurate and genuine. Clasoom may request clarification or supporting documents and may reject an application if information is materially incorrect, misleading, or unverifiable.
5. Document Verification
Clasoom may verify submitted CVs, qualifications, experience, identity documents, and other professional information before or after selection. Submission of documents does not itself constitute acceptance or employment.
6. Selection & Joining
Teacher selection is subject to Clasoom's recruitment requirements, verification, interview/assessment where applicable, availability of teaching opportunities, and final approval. Joining terms, class allocation, remuneration, and other engagement details will be communicated separately when applicable.
7. Teaching Standards
Selected teachers are expected to maintain professional conduct, punctuality, appropriate communication, student safety, academic integrity, and quality online teaching standards while representing Clasoom.
8. Future Changes
Clasoom may update recruitment procedures, teaching requirements, or this policy when reasonably necessary. Material updates may be communicated to teachers or applicants as applicable.
9. Your Consent

You also acknowledge that your private contact information will not be publicly published by Clasoom.
10. Application Status
